In order not to show your histrionics, you need to learn to be patient of what you can't do because controlling oneself is the path to his/her success. I was once told that, "The success is the one who can control his/her feeling over a skirmish." Controlling yourself not to jump into any arguments, therefore, is the best way to help you to have a successful talk with you prospect buyers.
